By connecting any social-media account (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to twitch-clips-postiz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not connect your account.
The Service automates a single workflow: it (a) downloads recordings of livestreams that you have published on Twitch under accounts you own; (b) extracts short highlight moments using audio loudness analysis, speech transcription (Whisper) and AI-based engagement scoring (DeepSeek); (c) renders each highlight as a 1080×1920 vertical short-form video with karaoke subtitles burned in; (d) publishes the resulting clip to social-media accounts that you have connected via OAuth.
You may use the Service only to clip and republish content that you yourself created and own the rights to. Specifically:
You retain full ownership of all content. We claim no rights to your videos.
You agree not to use the Service to publish:
You are solely responsible for the content the Service publishes on your behalf. The operator does not pre-moderate clips.
The Service operates within the API quotas granted by each destination platform. Quotas are per-app and are shared across all users connected to this instance. We may throttle or temporarily skip publication if a platform's quota is approaching its daily limit. We do not guarantee any minimum number of publications per day.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is an individual and provides no SLA. The Service may be interrupted, modified, or terminated at any time without notice. The operator is not liable for missed clips, lost views, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
You may disconnect at any time via your destination platform's "Manage app permissions" page (e.g. tiktok.com → connected apps). The operator may also revoke your access if your usage violates these Terms or strains shared resources.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, when feasible, communicated via email to active users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland (the Service is operated and hosted from Helsinki) without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of the user's jurisdiction provides otherwise.
